Hmm, dein Taiga Chat versucht schlappe 4 TB an RAM zu ziehen. Ich finde das dann doch ein ganz klein wenig viel

Ei aber zu der Zeit war die RAM Auslastung bei 700 mb

yep, steht ja auch da. Er hat es versucht und nicht bekommen. Dann folgen xf Fehler.

Wenn du häufiger segfault Fehler in deinen Logs hast, könnte das auch auf einen defekten Ram hinweisen.

Den habe ich in den 50mb Log mindestens fünfzig mal.
